Royal Victoria Hospital, National Council for the Blind of Ireland and the
Blind Centre for Northern Ireland.
The focus of the research programme, supported by the
Baxter Foundation, is to examine rural transport and the need for improvement, for people with poor vision living in North West Ireland.

Big Lottery Fund, to carry out this important research programme across Northern Ireland.
