The Blind Centre merged with the RNB Northern Ireland with effect from 1 April 2007. RNIB incorporating The Blind Centre for Northern Ireland provides direct services to blind and visually impaired people of all ages across Northern Ireland.
Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for blind and visually impaired people through 4 strands of service provision -
